We have a terrific staff team who are committed to putting the interests of our residents first. It’s a privilege to be part of this fantastic organization.”

Her education and training in Psychology, mental health and gerontology have also equipped her well for this role. “The variety of my work at Logifem and the diversity of women we work with create on a daily basis stimulating challenges and new situations to deal with. This is what makes my work my passion and my joy. On top of that, the good humour and the dedication of each member of the team make every day pleasant and fun. Someone told me once, ’Find a job you love and you will never work again in your life.’ I can truly say with a smile on my face that I haven’t worked since I became part of the Logifem team!’”

Pauline, originally from New Brunswick, brings to Logifem many years of experience in social care settings for women. She has worked in group homes in Ontario and Montreal, in a pregnancy crisis centre and has been at Logifem for over 14 years. “Logifem is an incredible organization to work for. It has been a huge privilege to be a part of Logifem’s growth and development through the years.”
