What are your donations used for ?
Monetary donations are essential to enable Logifem to offer a continuum of services to the women we support—from housing to long-term stability.
More specifically, your donations help maintain safe, supportive living environments tailored to the needs of women and their children by funding, for each woman:
Temporary housing that allows her to heal and prepare for a transition to stable housing;
Meals, social spaces, clothing, and all essential items required for health and well-being;
Meals, social spaces, clothing, and all essential items required for health and well-being;
Personalized psychosocial support adapted to her lived reality;
Programs, specialized services, and activities that promote well-being (cultural mediation, occupational therapy, and more).
Making a donation means supporting our residents’ rebuilding journey, day after day, and ensuring our actions have a lasting impact.

Logifem is a registered charitable organization recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency. Official tax receipts are issued for income tax purposes.
Immediate donations
These types of donations support current services offered to women and children experiencing housing instability or at risk of homelessness.
Monthly donation
Ongoing support that allows Logifem to plan its actions and ensure continuity of services for women.
One-time donation
A single contribution to immediately support essential services and respond to current needs.
Tribute donation
A meaningful way to honour a loved one or mark a special occasion. Donations are made online, with the option to include a personalized message.
Planned giving
A planned gift to Logifem is a thoughtful way to support our mission over the long term, while integrating your generosity into your personal and financial planning. Depending on your situation, planned gifts may offer tax benefits.
Bequest
A bequest involves naming Logifem as a beneficiary in your will. It can be modified at any time and allows you to support our mission without affecting your current finances.
Life insurance gift
A life insurance gift consists of naming Logifem as the beneficiary of an existing policy or taking out a policy in favour of our organization. It transforms financial protection into a lasting and meaningful contribution.
Gifts of securities
Donating shares or other publicly traded securities to Logifem is a tax-efficient way to sustainably support our mission while maximizing the impact of your contribution.
Residual trust or charitable annuity
A residual trust or charitable annuity allows you to make a gift while continuing to receive income. In both cases, capital or assets are set aside, income is paid to the donor during their lifetime, and the remaining amount is transferred to Logifem according to the agreed terms.
