Individual Support and Clinical Services
Logifem provides individual and clinical support combining psychosocial accompaniment, practical assistance (legal support, housing search, etc.), and occupational therapy — all aimed at fostering stability and autonomy.
Psychosocial Support
At Logifem, our shelters offer far more than a roof: they are safe spaces where every resident can feel supported and surrounded by care.
A team of support workers is present on-site 24/7, with continuous coverage to ensure residents’ well-being, maintain a safe and respectful environment, and respond immediately to any urgent situation. This day-to-day presence gives women a stable, supportive framework — one that allows them to rebuild at their own pace.
Alongside this, personalized psychosocial follow-up is provided by a team of specialized workers. Through one-on-one meetings and group activities, these professionals support residents in strengthening personal skills, developing independence, managing stress and emotions, and accessing community and institutional resources.
This holistic, flexible approach — adapted to each woman’s reality — aims to support residents throughout their stay and lay the groundwork for lasting stability and a successful transition to independent living.

Occupational Therapy
Logifem’s occupational therapy service supports residents in reclaiming their daily independence and functioning — particularly following experiences of violence, trauma, homelessness, or extreme precarity that have left them vulnerable. Occupational therapy helps transform these challenges into concrete skills, rebuilding lasting confidence.
In practice, our occupational therapist works with women to strengthen their autonomy, organize their daily lives, and develop strategies that foster well-being and self-trust. She also plays a key role in welcoming and supporting women with disabilities, adapting living spaces to meet their specific needs.
The occupational therapist is likewise an important resource for the intervention team, who can consult her when facing complex situations that call for complementary expertise. She also facilitates therapeutic group activities designed to support and improve participants’ mental health, in a safe and responsive environment.
This service, offered in collaboration with the psychosocial team, is fully integrated into Logifem’s holistic approach — working toward lasting autonomy, at the pace and according to the reality of each woman.
